Before joining RiverWILD Real Estate Team, Stephanie was a local elementary principal and high school science teacher. Being a Johnston County native and working locally for 20 plus years, Stephanie has extensive knowledge of the county and its history. As she grew up, her father was a local Surveyor and Land Developer which enabled her to see how the county grew and changed from an early age. Staying with the family theme, Stephanie married a Civil Engineer/Surveyor who works in Johnston County as he assists developers and local municipalities with various projects.

Stephanie has a passion for helping clients through the buying and selling process by making sure they are educated about each step along the way and know what to expect. Communication is a strength and she loves getting to know each family and their stories that have brought them to this point. Stephanie is a natural, and creative problem solver who enjoys putting these skills to work for her clients. She is willing to go the extra mile for her clients and wants to make sure they love their new home. Creating meaningful relationships is one of Stephanie’s goals and loves keeping in contact with her clients and helping with local recommendations. 

Stephanie is a huge Tar Heel fan and proud alumni, although she has additional degrees from NC State and East Carolina. Stephanie’s husband, Brian, is also a Tar Heel alum, and later got his Civil Engineering degree from UNC Charlotte. Stephanie and Brian are exceedingly proud of their three daughters: Aubrie, a Wake Forest and UNC-W graduate, Bella, a UNC Chapel Hill graduate, and Tate, a rising 5th grader. 

When not working with clients and researching the Johnston County Real Estate Market, Stephanie is very involved in her church and enjoys teaching a preschool class there. She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, traveling, watching her youngest daughter swim, play basketball, soccer, and knitting sweaters and blankets for loved ones. She is also an avid runner and has been doing a runstreak every day for over 3 years with her running partner.
